Stainless steel decorative pipe is also called stainless steel welded steel pipe referred to as welded pipe. Commonly used steel or steel strip is welded by the unit and the die is formed by welding.

Classified by purpose:

(1) Civilian pipes are divided into round pipes, rectangular pipes and embossed pipes, which are generally used for decoration, construction and structure;

(2) Industrial pipes: steel pipes for industrial piping, steel pipes for general piping (drinking water pipes), mechanical structures/fluid conveying pipes, boiler heat exchange pipes, food sanitary pipes, etc. In civil pipes, the most common ones are rectangular pipes and round pipes. The embossed pipes are generally used in the fields of doors, stair railings, guardrails, etc., for decorative purposes. At present, the finished size of the embossed tube is relatively long, and the transportation is inconvenient. Moreover, during the installation process, the length of the embossed tube is cut and welded on site by the worker according to actual needs, resulting in poor installation environment and labor intensity of the worker.

Chinese Patent Application No. CN201220440062.0 discloses a stainless steel embossed tube in which two adjacent knurled tube assemblies are integrally joined by a threaded connection. Although this embossed tube can be easily transported, it is required to be screwed many times during the installation because of the threaded connection structure, and the splicing is not very convenient.
